Transformational coaching focuses on uncovering and shifting the thought patterns and belief systems that are impacting our ability to achieve our goals in different areas of life.
As adults, we have belief systems about everyone and everything including relationships, career, finances, health, spirituality, religion, the world, other people, and most importantly, ourselves. These beliefs are often formed during childhood as a result of people and experiences around us and remain deeply embedded within us, impacting our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We experience conflict, negative emotions, and repeating patterns when we have belief systems that are outdated, no longer serve us, and/or prevent us from achieving the changes we desire.
Transformational coaching focuses on uncovering limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks and replacing them with beliefs that are more empowering and support us in achieving our goals. Sessions may also focus on regressing to a significant experience, healing the inner child, forgiveness, cutting the cords of previous relationships, creating new beliefs, manifesting your goals, or balancing your chakras. Transformational Coaching Sessions are single 3 hour sessions and are ideal for clients who:
Have had limited success with traditional therapy, affirmations, self-help books, and other modalities
Have noticed repeating patterns, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, or other blocks in one or more areas of life
Are dealing with issues that are deeply rooted in childhood such as abandonment, neglect, trust, codependency, anger, trauma, forgiveness, low self-esteem or self-confidence, feelings of not being (blank) enough, familial issues, relationship conflict, and career issues
Prefer a short term, goal oriented approach that focuses on achieving a specific outcome
