Transformational Coaching focuses on uncovering and shifting the thought patterns and beliefs system that are impacting your ability to achieve your goals in different areas of life.
As adults, we have beliefs about everyone and everything including relationships, career, finances, health, spirituality, religion, the world, other people, and most importantly, ourselves. These beliefs are often formed during childhood as a result of our upbringing and personal experiences and remain deeply embedded within us, impacting our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We experience conflict, negative emotions, and repeating patterns when we have beliefs that are outdated, no longer serve us, and prevent us from moving forward or creating a new outcome. In changing our beliefs, it becomes easier to change our behavior so we can get the results we desire.
Transformational Coaching is ideal for clients who are dealing with issues rooted in childhood or in the past. We will dive deep to uncover what is holding you back, and most importantly, what you need to heal in order to move forward. Sessions may also incorporate guided meditation with a focus on regressing to a significant experience, healing the inner child, forgiveness, cord cutting, creating new beliefs, or manifesting your goals.
Transformational Coaching Sessions are 3 hours long and are ideal for clients who:
Are ready to dive deep into a specific area of life such as mental health, relationships, childhood, career, or finances
Have noticed repeating patterns, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, or other subconscious blocks
Are dealing with issues rooted in the past such as lack of trust, abandonment, anger, trauma, forgiveness, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, unworthiness, feelings of not being (blank) enough, familial issues, or relationship conflict
Have had limited success with traditional modalities or prefer a short term, goal oriented approach
