This introductory call is for those who are curious about what our work together would entail. We will explore your goals and desired outcomes, so you can gain a sense of which service would best support you in creating the change you desire. I will also answer any questions you have and if you decide to move forward, we will discuss rates, scheduling, and next steps.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or miss an appointment, you will be charged for a full session. Refunds will not be provided for online programs.
