This introductory call will provide you with a deeper understanding of what our work will entail. We will discuss the challenges you have experienced in your relationships and other areas of life. Together, we will create an action plan to help you align with your desired outcomes. I will also answer any questions you have and if you decide to move forward, we will discuss scheduling, billing, and next steps. Please do not schedule this appointment until your insurance has been verified via Headway. Accepted insurance plans include: Empire BCBS, Aetna, United, Oxford, and Oscar (New York) United, Oxford, and Oscar (New Jersey) Aetna, United, Oxford, and Oscar (Florida) Insurance Verification: Please visit https://headway.co. On the right side, you will see a menu button. Click login, then click create an account. You will be asked to enter your insurance information. Once you enter your insurance information, the system will let you know if you have a copay or deductible. You can then enter your payment information. Please note, even if you have a $0 copay you will still be asked to keep a card on file. Lastly, please acknowledge all consent forms. Contact Information: If you have difficulty verifying your insurance, please click "verify benefits" under the billing tab in your Headway account. If all your information appears to be correct, please submit a copy of your insurance card for review. A team member from Headway will verify your insurance, then follow up with you. Once your insurance has been verified, you can proceed with scheduling.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or miss an appointment, you will be charged for a full session. Refunds will not be provided for online programs.
