This double session will utilize coaching, guided visualization, theta therapy, or regression therapy to provide deeper healing around a specific challenge you have experienced in your relationships. In addition to uncovering the origin of these issues, you will also release negative emotions and limiting beliefs, so you can move forward and create a new outcome. Action items will also be provided to help you sustain lasting change. Please do not schedule this appointment until your insurance has been verified via Headway. Below are the instructions. Insurance Verification: Please visit https://headway.co. On the right side, you will see a menu button. Click login, then click create an account. You will be asked to enter your insurance information. Once you enter your insurance information, the system will let you know if you have a copay or deductible. You can then add a payment method and acknowledge all consent forms. Please note, even if you have a $0 copay, you will still be asked to keep a card on file. Once your profile has been completed, you can proceed with scheduling. Contact Information: If you have difficulty verifying your insurance, you can click "verify benefits" in your Headway account, under the billing tab. If all your information appears to be correct, please submit a copy of your insurance card for review. A team member from Headway will verify your insurance, then follow up with you. Once your insurance has been verified, you can proceed with scheduling.
