Transformational Coaching Session (3 Hours) Transformational coaching focuses on uncovering and shifting the limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and repeating patterns that are preventing you from achieving your goals in different areas of your life. Whereas therapy can last years, coaching challenges you to dig deep to uncover what is holding you back, and most importantly, how to move forward. During this session, we will explore how previous experiences have impacted your self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth, values, and beliefs. In connecting your past, present, and future, we will also discuss how these issues manifest in your business, career, or finances and how to release these blocks so you can achieve your desired outcomes. We will also focus on clarifying your goals and developing a clear action plan to bring your vision into reality. Resources will be provided throughout the session to help you sustain lasting change. *Weekday and weekend availability
