Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation, similar to meditation, that allows us to access our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind stores our memories, beliefs, habits, fears, and programming. It is often responsible for the range of mental, emotional, and physical issues we experience, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, fear, limiting beliefs, relationship conflict, asthma, diabetes, and cancer.

Because the subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is not real, what we believe on a subconscious level manifests in physical reality. Through hypnosis, it is possible to surpass the limitations of the conscious mind and communicate directly with the subconscious mind to uncover repressed memories, change limiting beliefs, heal past experiences, access higher wisdom and knowledge, and reprogram yourself for the changes you desire. Many clients are aware of changes in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors immediately after a hypnosis session and for most clients, the results are permanent.    

A single hypnosis session is three hours long. Within the three hours, an average of 3 to 6 hypnosis sessions are done. Sessions may include letting go of blocks and limiting beliefs, changing history, forgiveness, self-love, perfect programming, healing, improving self-confidence, manifesting your perfect relationship, career success, anchoring, and much more.

After the initial three hour session, there is the option of doing follow up sessions. Follow up sessions may include regressing to a significant experience, learning self-hypnosis, accessing the superconscious mind, or any of the above mentioned sessions. While some clients may choose to do follow up sessions, many are able to get the results they need within a single three hour session. Hypnosis is a great alternative for clients who:

 

  • Have had limited success with therapy, medication, exercise, affirmations, self-help books, and other modalities

  • Want to eliminate negative programming, self-sabotaging behaviors, repeating patterns, or subconscious blocks

  • Want to uncover and heal the root causes of issues such as weight gain, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, and low self-worth

  • Prefer an alternative approach that allows them to dive deep into the subconscious mind to reprogram themselves for healing, confidence, love, success, happiness, and much more
